an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and located at 2665 and 2735 N.
White Chapel Blvd.
• Current Zoning: “AG” Agricultural District
• Requested Zoning: “RPUD” Residential Planned Unit Development
• The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a Zoning Change and Development
Plan for the purpose of developing a subdivision with 10 residential lots and 2 open
space lots on approximately 10.85 acres.
