• Requested Zoning: “SF-1A” Single Family District
• Purpose: To seek approval of a zoning change and concept plan for development of
four one (1) acre single family lots.

Your property has been identified as being within 300 feet of the above referenced Zoning Change
application. A public hearing will be held by the City of Southlake Planning and Zoning Commission
on April 21, 2022 at 6:30 pm in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 1400 Main Street, Southlake,
Texas.
Please note that this letter and its attachments constitute written notice about the proposed Zoning
Change.
