as Tracts 1C1A, 1C1B, 1C2 and 1F, James B. Martin Survey, Abstract No. 1134,
City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 747 W. S.H. 114,
Southlake, Texas. SPIN Neighborhood #1.
• Current Zoning: “NR-PUD”, Non-Residential Planned Unit Development
District.
• The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a Development Plan and
Site Plan for a Verizon data center on approximately 25.15 acres .

application.
