1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor John Huffman called the workshop to order at 6:12 p.m.
1. DISCUSSION: INFRASTRUCTURE
1A. FACILITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Assistant City Manager Alison Ortowski provided an overview of the Facility
Development Program. The overview included the program purpose, goals, guideposts,
and policy direction.
1 B. CARILLON PUBLIC SPACES
Senior Director of Human Resources provided an overview of Carillon Parc Public
Spaces, including the Carillon Parc Public Space Steering Committee. The overview
included the purpose and charter, potential membership, roles and responsibilities,
committee timeline, and next steps. Council provided direction to appoint members at
the August 16, 2022 Council meeting.

1C. CENTRAL PARK PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS
Director of Community Services Chris Tribble provided an overview relative to Central
Park Proposed Improvements. The overview included the purpose, vision, and financial
considerations. Council directed staff to review the zoning of the property.
2. DISCUSSION: MOBILITY
2A. SH 114 URBAN DESIGN
Director of Community Services Chris Tribble provided an overview relative to SH 114
Urban Design. The overview included the purpose, background, preliminary estimates,
and financial considerations.
5. DISCUSSION: PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
5A. ETHICS ORDINANCE UPDATE
Director of Economic Development and Tourism Daniel Cortez provided an overview
relative to the Ethics Ordinance. The overview included the ethics program, ordinance
history, and policy updates. Director Cortez stated the ordinance's first reading would be
on a Council meeting in September.
6. DISCUSSION: FOCUS AREAS
The purpose of this section was to provide time for Council to discuss key policy issues
in each of the focus area categories. There were no further questions or discussion from
Council relative to items 4A-4F.
