Hi Melissa- thanks for sending this. For whatever reason, we cannot make this attached link
load properly.
In any case, our current neighbors at this address have chosen for some time to direct their
pool outflows directly into our property- this creates quite a bit of moisture on our property,
and I am fairly sure this is not legal, as they should have a dedicated line to the street.
Perhaps I'm wrong.
We have never raised an issue with this before, but it doesn't mean it's not an issue. We
think they are are careless and reckless, to be fair.
If this new project permits the new neighbors/developers to destroy our property in the same
way, we strongly object to this development- if city rules requires them to property dispose of
their own water, then we are fine with it.
Basically, people shouldn't be aNholes - it's really a simple principle.
