BEGINNING at a 1/2 inch rebar with pink cap stamped "BARTON CHAPA" set at the southwest corner of
said Sutinen tract and the herein described tract, same being the northwest corner of Lot 14 of H. Decker
No. 438 Addition, an addition in the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, according to the plat recorded
under Document Number D219213116, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, (P.R.T.C.T.);
THENCE with the perimeter and to the corners of said Sutinen tract, the following calls:
