Comments / Explanation
Solara and its enterprises are strongly opposed to this project
for many reasons. This proposed project will greatly diminish
our property values. It will make it difficult to get new tenants in
an already highly competitive market. It will dramatically
increase traffic congestion and make it difficult for employees,
vendors, and clients to access our property. The streets are not
designed to handle additional traffic that this project will
produce.

1) Creates tremendous amount of additional traffic entering and leaving
our Legends business development
2) Entrance is too close to driveway of building 1 - 2300 Dean Way
creating a safety issue
3) This will add residential traffic to a development that has a heavy
amount of commercial truck traffic creating a safety concern.
4) No consideration is given for how this additional traffic and lighted
fields will impact business owners in the development
5) We never anticipated an adjacent property with current access on
Crooked Lane to be granted an access easement to a road that was
constructed and paid for entirely by our development for the Legends
