screening wall within the utility easement being located at 702
S. White Chapel Boulevard.
Action
Requested: Approve an Encroachment and Joint Use Agreement for a screening
wall within the utility easement being located at 702 S. White Chapel
Boulevard.
Background
Information: The purpose of this item is to seek City Council approval of an
Encroachment and Joint Use Agreement for the installation of a
screening wall within the utility easement at 702 S. White Chapel
Boulevard. The property owner of 702 S. White Chapel Boulevard is
requesting to construct a screening wall within the utility easement
located at the northwest property line. This agreement will allow the
developer to place a screening wall across the easement at the
northwest side of the property. There is a sanitary sewer pipe within
this easement. Public Works Wastewater has approved the
encroachment.

Considerations: This is a no cost agreement.
