The tenant lease space is located on the second floor and according to the Southlake sign ordinance no signs are allowed on the second floor That the situation causing the unnecessary hardship or practical difficulty is unique to the affected property and is not self imposed. Yes as stated above the tenants lease space is on the second floor. That the variance will not injure and will be wholly compatible with the use and permitted development of adjacent properties. The variance will not hinder adjacent propeties as the tenant is asking for the sign to be located on their lease space. 4. That the variance will be in harmony with the spirit and purpose of the sign ordinance.
