Sidewalk Variance

This letter is to request a sidewalk variance at 1500 Shady
Oaks.
In response to the Subdivision Ordinance No. 483, we would
like to request a variance to the requirement of installing a
sidewalk along shady oaks for the following reasons:
- There are no current sidewalks in the adjacent section
of shady oaks from Highland drive to Dove road.
- Based on current conditions of surrounding properties
in this area, it doesn't appear that there will be any other
sidewalks to connect to or installed that would provide a
continuous pathway for any pedestrians.
