All states world cargo wishes to add their logo for further differentiation. The enforcement of code does not allow them to have their logo in addition to the signs existing. ?. That the situation causing the unnecessary hardship or practical difficulty is unique to the affected property and is not self imposed. The situation is unique given All States signage is all existing giving them no further square footage allowance for signage. That the variance will not injure and will be wholly compatible with the use and permitted development of adjacent properties. Many of the adjacent business's have their logo's on their buildings. All States logo addition would not impact neighboring business's branding. 4. That the variance will be in harmony with the spirit and purpose of the sign ordinance.
