Statement of Intent and Purpose:
Our objective in this zoning request is to proceed with the development of the improvements discussed
above. The site layout, architecture. and landscape improvements have been designed to adhere to the
City's requirements, while contributing to the aesthetic enrichment of the surrounding neighborhood and
the City of Southlake.
Utilities:
The owner of this development is working with the adjacent property owner at 1399 Brown Lane to upgrade
the existing 2" water main along Brown Lane to an 8" water main. The new proposed 8" water main will
service this development. Also, this development will utilize a septic system to service the residence.
Design and Architecture:
The design approach for the buildings is to combine natural colors, materials, textures and architectural
detailing into a high quality, cohesive neighborhood development.
