The 325 Commerce Street Suite 110 & 100 lease space will allow more training area at scheduled peak times. 90-100 students (including current and expansion space). Currently utilizing 5 competitive team training areas with maximum 20 students each and 2 areas for private and mini class training up to 7 athletes at any one time. The additional expansion space with give students/teams more room to layout and train. Maximum Number Employees (at one time) 12 - 15 Competition Mats/Flooring (Same as current Space). At a later date, we plan to open up the demising wail to combine both spaces. A former tenant at 325 Building, Expression Home Gallery, has vacated their space and moved out (Expansion Space, Suite 100). Spirit Xtreme will take over their lease space and parking area. Adventure Golf Cars (Suite 120) currently operates in the rear of the former Expression Home Gallery space in approximately 6,550 square feet. Their parking need is very minimal.
