Request adding to Ordinance 480-605C an additional use to be added to the existing Uses
and Regulations allowed of the SP-02 Zoning for this Property. The additional use
requested is a "Tutorial Facility" for Suite 110 of 1,551 square feet. The Tutorial Suite
shall conform to the following:
a. Standard Business Hours: Monday to Friday 3-7 pm.
b. Typical -traffic times (for drop-off and pick-up): 4 pm, 4:40 pm, 5:20 pm, 6 pm
and 6:40 pm.
c. Average number of Students in session: 5 students.
d. Number of students at peak time: 8 students.
e. Age Range of students: 5-12 years old.
