Subject: Sidewalk Variance
Dear Southlake City Council,
We would like to requesting a sidewalk variance in relation to the Sidewalk Ordinance
No. 683, Zoning Ordinance § 33.19, and Subdivision Ordinance § 5.06 as amended and
the Master Pathways Plan.
The Westpark Circle community do not have any sidewalks on any of the lots including
the single family homes that was built a few years back. We have included some pictures
below. We would like to request that our new home construction to be waived from this
requirement also.
