Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. (TNP), on behalf of the City of Southlake, has performed a second review
of the above -referenced Traffic Study, originally dated March 15, 2024, and updated April 9, 2024.
It is TNP's opinion that the developer has provided adequate responses to the comments generated by
the first review. TNP, therefore, has no reservations with the City's acceptance of the TIA.
