Section 551.071: Consultation with attorney. The City Council may conduct a private
consultation with its attorney when the City Council seeks the advice of its attorney
concerning any item on this agenda, about pending and contemplated litigation, or a

relating to information resources technology; network security information as described

Section 418.106(d) & (e): Local meetings to discuss emergency management plans
regarding pipeline safety. The City Council may discuss emergency management plans
involving pipeline safety and/or security of pipeline infrastructures or facilities when those
plans or discussions contain such sensitive information.

Southlake Business Spotlight for Robotlab, Inc., located at 950 E. State Highway 114,

4. RECOGNITION OF NATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK, OCTOBER 2-6
Operations Manager, Customer Relations Melody Andersen provided events which
recognize National Customer Service Week and celebrates our customers and the team
members who serve them.

- That although the "SF-30" single family residential district is typically not found to
be consistent with the "Low Density Residential" land use category of the City's
Land Use Plan, we find that this proposal is consistent given this is a pre-existing
tract of approximately .95 acres and therefore cannot be conforming under the
"SF-1A" single family residential zoning district, that there is no further subdivision
or increase in density (one single family residential unit) and the tract will remain
in character with the surrounding properties.

KIRKWOOD HOLLOW PHASE II, AN ADDITION OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE
RECORDED IN CABINET A, SLIDE 6044 AND 6045, P.R.T.C.T; DECLARING THAT

Tarrant County, Texas and located at 2001-2115 W. Southlake Blvd., subject to the Staff
Report dated September 26, 2023, and Site Plan Review Summary No. 4, dated
September 15, 2023, and noting the following:
