The Strategic Priority Workshop was called to order by Mayor McCaskill at 5:32 p.m.
2. DISCUSSION: PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
2A. SUSTAINABILITY PLAN — ECONOMIC & FISCAL WELLNESS UPDATE
Chief Financial Officer Sharen Jackson facilitated a discussion on an element of the
City's Sustainability Plan — Economic and Fiscal Wellness.
3. DISCUSSION: INFRASTRUCTURE & DEVELOPMENT
3A. KEY CAPITAL PROJECTS UPDATE

Interim Public Works Director Lauren LaNeave, City Engineer Kevin Ferrer, and
Community Services Director David Miller, and Assistant City Manager Stacey Black
facilitated a discussion about the City's Key Capital Projects.
3B. TOWN HALL PLAZA PARK — KEY ENHANCEMENTS
Community Services Director David Miller provided an update on the Town Hall Plaza
Park project. Direction from the Council was provided for the proposed park
enhancements.
4. DISCUSSION: PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
4A. BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS PROGRAM
Assistant City Manager Stacey Black facilitated a discussion about the City's board and
commission program. The Council provided directions on the Alliance for Community
Engagement Committee, Southlake Sister Cities, and the tenure relative to the chair
positions. Assistant City Manager Black stated Ordinance No. 1228C would be brought
forward to a future meeting with the updates.
5. DISCUSSION: STRATEGIC FOCUS AREAS

There was no discussion on this item.
5B. INFRASTRUCTURE & DEVELOPMENT
There was some discussion about the commercial development site assessments and
residential development relative to build -out.

There was no discussion on this item.
5D. PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT & SERVICE DELIVERY
There was no discussion on this item.
6. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor McCaskill thanked the staff for their hard work and dedication to the City and
adjourned the workshop at 7:37 p.m.
