Four concerns leave us "undecided about" this proposed ,zoning change and concept plan.
• We would like assurance regarding tho drainage/grading plan for this property. Several Brentwood
Homeowners have been plagued with serious drainage issues/flooding since 2008 and have spent
$$ to trying to fix these issues caused when 200,9 N. White Chapel (just south of Brentwood) was
allowed to be graded incorrectly when built.
• We would like assurance that the property will not be a gated community and that a stoplight will
not be allowed at the entrance to the property.
• We would like assurance that the electrical wiring on N. White Chapel in front of the property will
be buried as part of the project.
• We would like assurancetheN. White Chapel sidewalk will be 194stalled as part of the project.
