KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That we, Drews Realty Group, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10)
Dollars and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by Grantee herein, the receipt
and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have granted, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey to the City of Southlake, Grantee
herein, of Tarrant County, Texas a permanent and perpetual 10 foot water easement for the
purpose of installing, repairing, maintaining, altering, replacing, relocating, and operating a
water line in, into, upon, over, across and under that land in Tarrant County, Texas described
as follows, to-wit:
Being a 10' permanent water easement, described as follows:
See attached Exhibit 'A' for graphic depiction
See attached Exhibit 'B' for metes and bounds description together with the right of
ingress and egress as necessary for such purposes.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described water easement, together with all
and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto, anywise belonging unto the said Grantee,
its successors and assigns forever; and We do hereby certify that Weare the owners of the
property described herein and bind ourselves, our heirs and assigns, to warrant and to forever
defend all and singular the premises unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns, against
every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim same or any thereof.

BEING a 0.040 of an acre tract of land situated in the Jessie G. Allen Survey Abstract
No. 18, City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being a portion Lot 5R4-R2 of
PARKER'S CORNER an addition to the City of Southlake described by plat recorded in
Cabinet A, Slide 3195, Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas, (PRTCT), said 0.040 of
an acre tract of land being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a P.K. nail in a broken concrete monument found for the point of
intersection of the southeasterly right-of-way line of F.M. Highway No. 1709, (W.
South lake Boulevard, a 130-foot right-of-way) with the westerly right-of-way line of F.M.
Highway No. 1938, (Davis Boulevard, a variable width right-of-way) and being the most
