BOARD AND COMMISSION RECEPTION AND ORIENTATION:
OCTOBER 17, 2007
LOCATION: Southlake Town Hall

TIME: 5:00 p.m.
A reception in honor of board and commission members for the City of Southlake will
take place in the main lobby of Town Hall.
Following the reception will be a group board orientation with city staff and the city
attorney in the Council Chambers.
The boards listed below will also meet with their Department Directors and staff to hold
individual orientations geared toward specific board issues and needs. Those boards are:
Board of Adjustment, Building Board of Appeals, Crime Control and Prevention District,
Metroport Teen Court, Parks and Recreation Board, Planning and Zoning Commission,
Senior Advisory Committee, Southlake Arts Council, and Southlake Parks Development
Corporation. These individual board orientations will be held in various conference
rooms in Town Hall.
A quorum of the City Council will be present as may any of the other boards and
commissions.
