Core Moves Performance is a specialized movement
academy dedicated to enhancing sports performance
through the principles of Pilates and Functional
Movement.We offer individualized instruction and
customized programming designed to meet the unique
needs of each student,whether they are athletes looking
to improve their performance or individuals seeking to
enhance their overall movement wellbeing.Our
experienced instructors focus on functional movement,
strength,flexibility,and injury prevention,creating a
supportive environment that promotes personal growth
and achievement.At Core Moves Performance,we are
committed to empowering our clients with the tools and
knowledge they need to reach their peak potential and
embrace a healthier,more active lifestyle.
Operational Details:
We have a 12 month lease expiring 8/31/2025 with an
option to extend the lease at expiration.We offer
one-to-one instruction and small group classes with a
maximum of 6 students.All sessions are by appointment
only.There is only one group class offered at a time.
Typically,there are 6-8 people including employees in the
space during group classes.During one to one
instruction,there are 2-3 people in the space.
