Section 418.106(d) & (e): Local meetings to discuss emergency management plans regarding pipeline safety. The City Council may discuss emergency management plans involving pipeline safety and/or security of pipeline infrastructures or facilities when those plans or discussions contain such sensitive information. HONORS & RECOGNITION: VETERAN'S DAY PROCLAMATION City Manager Alison Orlowski introduced Deputy Director of Economic Development and Tourism, Robert Briggs, who recognized Veterans Day, highlighted employee veterans, and discussed the ways in which the community is celebrating those who have served our country as members of the armed services. 4.
