Associates, Inc. to provide engineering design, right-of-way, and
construction phase services for the Mustang Court Industrial Access
Improvements (Southwestern Street Extension) Project in an amount not to
exceed $700,000.
H. Approve Supplement Agreement No. 1 for an Engineering Services
Agreement with Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. (TNP) for additional
engineering design, easement, and construction phase services related to
the Morgan Road Drainage Improvements Project in an amount not to

property from an act of terrorism. The Texas Disaster Act specifically requires that a tape
recording of the closed meeting be made.

Vice President of Communications of the Southlake Young Men's Service League,
Suzanne Johnston, accepted the proclamation for the on behalf of the League's 15th
anniversary. The City Council took a group photo.

The President of Southlake Sister Cities, John Terrell, presented the Young Artists and
Authors Showcase student winners, and honored the Youth Board members receiving
the President's Volunteer Service Award.
Public Works Deputy Director Lauren LaNeave provided an overview about the recent
trip to Tome, Japan with Southlake Sister Cities. The City Council took a group photo.
5. FY 2025 PROPOSED BUDGET — OVERVIEW
City Manager Alison Ortowski, Chief Financial Officer Sharen Jackson, and Assistant City
Manager/Senior Human Resources. Director Stacey Black presented the FY 2025
Proposed Budget Overview. The Mayor expressed his appreciation to staff for their hard
work on this difficult budget.
