presentation of Item 6 per Chairman Kubiak's request. No questions were asked.
Applicant, Mike Prezioso, 817 Sitka Street, Fort Worth, came forward. No questions were
asked.

A motion was made to approve Item 7, SV24-0017 subject to our staff report dated January
17th, 2025, and noting the applicant's willingness to bring another version of the vertical sign
that smaller than the one presented so that council has at least two options.
