A motion was made to approve Item 9, ZA24-0073 subject to our staff report dated January 17th, 2025, noting approval of the two variances requested and also making the motion subject to Concept Plan Review Summary No. 2 dated January 17th, 2025 and noting the applicants confirmation that the concept is with similar architecture and materials which will be brought forth in the site plan.
