of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have granted, sold and conveyed,-~d ~
these presents do grant, sell and convey to the City of South lake, Grantee herein, of Tarrant
County, Texas a permanent and perpetual easement for the purpose of installing, repairing,
maintaining, altering, replacing, relocating, and operating utilities in, into, upon, over, across
and under that land in Tarrant County, Texas described as follows, to-wit:
Being a permanent utility easement described as follows:
See attached Exhibit 'A' for graphic depiction
See attached Exhibit 'B' for metes and bounds description together with the right of
ingress and egress as necessary for such purposes.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement, together with all and
singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto, anywise belonging unto the said Grantee, its
successors and assigns forever; and We do hereby certify that We are the owners of the
propeny described herein and bind ourselves, our heirs and assigns, to warrant and to forever
defend all and singular the premises unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns, against
every person whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim same or any thereof.

Field Notes
Being a 0.011 acre (487.8750 sq. ft) tract ofland in the Francis Throop Survey, Abstract
No.1511, City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and being a triangular piece of land,
over, through, and across that certain 1.17 acre tract conveyed to Lance B. Hight as
recorded in Volume 12720, Page 2352, Deed Records, Tarrant County, Texas, and being
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing from a 12" iron rod found, being the southeast comer of said Hight Tract,
also being in the northerly line of Whispering Dell Estates, as recorded in Volume 388-
143, Page 40, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas, N. 01000'20" E., 15.00 feet departing
from said Whispering Dell Estates, and along the east boundary line of said Hight Tract,
to the Point of BEGINNING;
THENCE
N. 88059'40" W., 390.30 feet departing from said east boundary line, over
and across said Hight Tract, to a point, being in the west boundary line of
said Hight Tract, for comer;
THENCE
N. 01000'20" E., 5.00 feet along said west boundary line to a point, for
