Such tempor9ry ea~ements and permanent easements shall include the right to excavate upon such property, but Grantee shall replace any fences, improvements, or other fixtures upon said property without cost to Grantor, or current owner thereof, and shall restore the property, the subject of the temporary easement, as nearly as possible to its condition prior to entry thereon.
