STANDARD ACCESS EASEMENT
THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF TARRANT
KNCM ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That (I) (We),
for and in consideration of the swn of Ten ($10) Dollars and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid by Grantee herein, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged and confessed, have granted, sold and
conveyed, and by these presents do grant, sell and convey to the CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, Grantee herein, of Tarrant County, Texas a tenporary easement for the
purpose of constructing an access road to a proposed sanitary sewer metering
station, across that land in Tarrant County, Texas described as fOllows, to-wit:
Permanent 10 foot Wide Access Easement:
See attached Exhibit' A' for metes and rounds description
See attached Exhibit 'B' for Graphic depiction
together with the right of ingress and egress as necessary for such purposes.
It is agreed that said temporary easement has been granted for a three year
time period, and if Mekon, Inc. has not developed the land, that said temporary
easement is located on by January 1, 1993, then the City of Southlake and Me.kon,
Inc. will renegotitate the cost of said temporary access easement.
TO HAVE AND TO HOW the aOOve described temporary easement, together with
all and singular, the rights and appurtenances thereto, anywise belonging unto
the said Grantee, its successors and assigns forever; and I/We do hereby bind
IT\Yself/ourselves, IT\Y/our heirs and assigns, to warrant and to forever defend all
and singular the premises unto the said Grantee, its successors and assigns,
against every person whomsoever lawfully Claiming or to claim same or any
thereof.

BEING a tract of land out of the W.E. Cooks Survey, Abstract 295,
situated in the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas and being a
portion of that tract of land conveyed to Mekon, Inc. and recorded
in Volume 8341, Page 1243, D.R.T.C.T., and being the centerline of a
10 foot wide access easement and being more particularly described
by metes and bounds as follows:
