E. Continental Blvd. and 1451 – 1537 Brumlow Ave., Southlake, Texas.
• Current Zoning: “TZD” Transition Zoning District
• The purpose of this request is approval of a preliminary plat to subdivide the property
in conformance with the approved Zoning and Development Plan for Brumlow East.

Texas (O.P.R.T.C.T.), and being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a “PK” nail set for corner in asphalt road known as Brumlow Avenue being the most westerly
northwest corner of the herein described tract, same point being the northwest corner of said Wright Brumlow tract
(D220237771);
THENCE North 89 degrees 30 minutes 58 seconds East, a distance of 526.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod with blue
cap stamped “OLD TOWN SURVEYING” (OTS) set for corner being the southeast corner of Bailey Business Park,
an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, according to the plat thereof recorded under Instrument
Number D215141173, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas (P.R.T.C.T.), same point being the southwest corner of
Lot 3-R, Block B of Hart Industrial Park, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 4901, P.R.T.C.T.;
THENCE North 89 degrees 21 minutes 06 seconds East, a distance of 320.64 feet to a 5/8 inch iron rod found for
corner being the southeast corner of said Lot 3-R;
THENCE North 00 degrees 19 minutes 31 seconds West, a distance of 762.20 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod found for
corner being the northeast corner of Lot 4, Block A of Hart Industrial Park, an addition to the City of Southlake,
