See attached Exhibit lA' for metes and bounds descrJption See attached E~libit IB' for Graphic depiction together with the right of ingress and egress as necessary ~or such purposes, and an additional contiguous temporary construction easenent for a period of three months for the purpose of installing utilities on the property known and described as follows, to-wit: 'l'emporary 40 foot Wide Construction Easement: Imnediately adjacent to the above described easement in a configuration as shown on the attached Exhibit 'B'. Such telll[Xlrary and permanent easements shall include the right to excavate upon such property, but Grantee shall replace any fences, improvements, or other fixtures llpon said property without cost to Grantor, or current owner thereof, and shall restore the property, the subject of the temporary and permanent easements, as nearly as possible to its condltion prlor to, entry thereon.
