WORK SESSION:
1. CALL TO ORDER: 6:00 P.M.
2. Executive Session: Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code,
Sections 551.071. Refer to posted list attached hereto and incorporate herein. Executive Session
may be held, under these exceptions, at the end of the Regular Session or at any time during
the meeting that a need arises for the Planning and Zoning Commission to seek advice from
the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission
meeting. Section 551.071: Consultation with attorney.
No Executive Session was held.

3. ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS.
Director of Planning and Development Services Dennis Killough noted that there will be a
Corridor meeting next Wednesday on November 13, 2024.

Chairman Kubiak gave an overview of meeting expectations.
5. CONSIDER: APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FOR THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 5, 2024.

18, and located at 300-684 Davis Blvd., City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas.
Current Zoning: “RE5” Residential Estate District and “SF-1A” Single Family

Transition Zoning District. SPIN Neighborhood #11. PUBLIC HEARING At the
September 19, 2024 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting, this item was tabled
and the public hearing continued to the October 3, 2024 Planning & Zoning
Commission meeting. The applicant was going to request to table to the October 17,
2024 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting during the October 3, 2024 Planning
& Zoning Commission meeting; however, that meeting was cancelled. At the October
17, 2024 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting, this item was tabled to the
November 7, 2024 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting at the applicant’s
request.

item was administratively tabled at the October 17, 2024 Planning & Zoning
