Parks and Recreation Program Report CONSENT AGENDA: All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Southlake Parks and Recreation Board and will be enacted with one motion. Resolution No. 03-002, supporting the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department's grant program for land acquisition and park development. B. Resolution No. 03-003, supporting the establishment of Bob Jones Park and the Corps of Engineers lease area as the site of a future Nature Center to assist with funding opportunities, planning efforts, and public education initiatives. C. 2003 Facilities Utilization Agreement with the Southlake Baseball Association. (SBA). D. 2003 Facilities Utilization Agreement with the Southlake Girls Softball Association (SGSA).
