CONSENT AGENDA:

and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a
Board member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the general
order of business and considered in its normal sequence.

A. Approval of the Southlake Parks and Recreation Board meeting minutes of
November 11, 2002.

A. Resolution No. 03-002, supporting the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department's
grant program for land acquisition and park development.
B. Resolution No. 03-003, supporting the establishment of Bob Jones Park and the
Corps of Engineers lease area as the site of a future Nature Center to assist with
funding opportunities, planning efforts, and public education initiatives.
C. 2003 Facilities Utilization Agreement with the Southlake Baseball Association.
(SBA).
D. 2003 Facilities Utilization Agreement with the Southlake Girls Softball
Association (SGSA).
