• The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a Specific Use Permit for a
commercial school/training facility to operate out of 1602 Hart Street Suite 202.

application.

Core Moves Performance is a specialized movement
academy dedicated to enhancing sports performance
through the principles of Pilates and Functional
Movement.We offer individualized instruction and

Operational Details:
We have a 12 month lease expiring 8/31/2025 with an
option to extend the lease at expiration.We offer
one-to-one instruction and small group classes with a
maximum of 6 students.All sessions are by appointment
only.There is only one group class offered at a time.
Typically,there are 6-8 people including employees in the
space during group classes.During one to one
instruction,there are 2-3 people in the space.
