approval of a master sign plan.
The maximum sign area allowed is 200 SF.
Double stack text allowed if area and letter

Maximum area is 4 ½ feet high by 50
feet wide = 225 SF
Maximum letter height = 4 ½ feet (54
inches)

The maximum letter size shall be 4’-6” high.
