Code, Sections 551.071. Refer to posted list attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Executive Session may be held, under these exceptions, at the end of the Regular
Session or at any time during the meeting or work session that a need arises for the
Planning and Zoning Commission to seek advice from the City Attorney as to the
aosted subiect matter of this Planninq and Zoning Commission meeting. Section
551.071: Consultation with attorney
B. Reconvene: Action necessary on items discussed in Executive Session.
3. Recap of City Council's actions and discussion on Planning & Zoning recommended cases.
4. Discussion of items on tonight's meeting agenda.
5. Adjournment.

5. Consider: Approval of the minutes for the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting held on
October 17, 2024.
6. Consider: ZA24-0051, Zoning Change and Site Plan and Zoning Change and
Development Plan for Forefront Senior Living on property described as Lots 1A, 1 B, 2,
and 3, Parker's Corner Addition, and Tract 2A02, J. Allen Survey Abstract No. 18, and located
at 300-684 Davis Blvd., City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. Current Zoning: "RES'
Residential Estate District and "SF-1A" Single Family Residential District. Proposed Zoning:
"S-P-1" Detailed Site Plan District and "TZD" Transition Zoning District. SPIN Neighborhood
#11. PUBLIC HEARING At the September 19, 2024 Planning & Zoning Commission
meeting, this item was tabled and the public hearing continued to the October 3, 2024
Planning & Zoning Commission meeting. The applicant was going to request to table to the
October 17, 2024 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting during the October 3, 2024
Planning & Zoning Commission meeting; however, that meeting was cancelled. At the
October 17, 2024 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting, this item was tabled to the
November 7, 2024 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting at the applicant's request.
7. Consider: ZA24-0056, Zoning Change and Site Plan for The Elmore by Marriott
(currently known as The Southlake Hotel) on property described as Kimball Park Addition
and located at 2102 - 2116 E. State Highway 114, Southlake, Texas. Current Zoning: "S-P-
2" Generalized Site Plan District. Proposed Zoning: "S-P-2" Generalized Site Plan District.
SPIN Neighborhood #4. PUBLIC HEARING This item was administratively tabled at the
October 17, 2024 Planning & Zoning Commission meeting to the November 7, 2024 Planning
& Zoning Commission meeting.
8. Consider: ZA24-0058, Specific Use Permit for a BarfTavern for Cherry Blossom Lounge
on property described as Lot 1, Block 1, Kimball Oaks Addition, and located at 2211 E.
Southlake Blvd, Suite 500. Current Zoning: "S-P-1" Detailed Site Plan District. SPIN

9. Consider: ZA24-0059, Zoning Change and Development Plan for Carroll Crossing on
