REGULAR SESSION: 6:30 P.M.
1. Call to Order.
2. Executive Session: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting, the issues or matters will be discussed in
executive session.
a. Pursuant to Section 551.071, Texas Government Code, the Board may meet in executive
session to consult with the City Attorney regarding matters authorized by Section 551.071,
including matters posted on this agenda.
b. Reconvene: Action necessary on items discussed in executive session.
3. Consider: Approval of the minutes of the August 29, 2024, Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting.

5. Consider: ZBA24-0008, Variance to Zoning Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section
11.5(d), requiring a rear yard of 40 (forty) feet, on property described as Lot 26, Block B, Triple
C Ranch Phase I, an Addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at
2105 Woodbine Cir. Current Zoning: "SF-1A" Single Family Residential District. SPIN District #3.
