ZBA24-0009 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ZBA24-0009 Dear Property Owner: A request for a Variance has been filed with the Board of Adjustment of the City of Southlake. Variance to Ordinance No 480, as amended, Section 11.5(c) requiring a side yard setback of no less than twenty (20) feet, on property described Lot 36, Block 1, Whispering Dell Estates, City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 2105 Woodbine Cir, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a Variance to permit a reduction to the required 20 (twenty) side yard setback. The existing home is located approximately 17 feet from the eastern property line.
