CED is looking to move its Euless operation to a new building in Southlake at
1825 Mustang Court. CED is a nationwide Electrical Distributor that specializes in
selling all electrical materials to contractors and end users. CED was established in 1957
and has over 700 locations throughout the US. CED has been in the Dallas/ Fort Worth
market since 1984.
Part of our operation requires some outside storage for electrical conduit. We
stock PVC rigid, galvanized rigid, and EMT conduit used for electrical construction in an
organized outside storage area that would be fenced in, screened, and secured. The
conduit comes in factory bundled lifts and is stored and then sold in smaller increments to
our customers.
We are writing to seek approval for fenced outside storage at the 1825 Mustang
Court property. We have attached a drawing of the site plan with the area we would like
approval for secured outside storage.
If you require additional details, please let me know as we would like to do
everything possible to expedite the review and approval of this process.
