The overall mural package is as follows for the Tommy Bahama Space: 1. A custom wall mural applied/painted to the South Facade that is unique to this space. 2. A continuation of the South Facade custom wall mural applied/painted to the West Facade that is unique to this space. 3. Privacy film to cover window on South Façade directly adjacent to Cashwrap at interior of space. Items #1 & #2 above will need a variance from Sign Ordinance No 704-J, Standards Table, Wall Mural ‘Limited to 1 s.f. of artwork per 1 linear foot of elevation not to exceed 150 s.f.; 100% of display area permitted’ Item #3 will need a variance from Sign Ordinance No 704-J, Section 15 Standards Table, Window Signage ‘28 s.f. or 20% of window area, whichever is less. Please refer to Section 7, Table 5 regarding electronic media’ For Reference the following Existing Signage has been installed on the façade of the building and is within the current design standards: 1. Three (3) Internally Illuminated signs at each of our facades (East, South and West - one (1) per elevation) using the Tommy Bahama Logo. 2. One (1) Internally Illuminated Blade Sign with integrated Gobo projection at sidewalk per Southlake Town Square requirements installed at Southeast corner of facade. Current signage allowance and requirements would only allow approximately 139 Square Feet of mural based on the length(s) of the facades we are installing on. Given the scale of the facade as well as being a high traffic area (access to/from parking lot and main common area), we are asking to increase the scale of the mural to be proportionate and scaled to match the overall size of the facade(s). The scale and design we believe enhances the overall façade and creates a memorable and picture worthy experience for the building and surrounding area. Mural would be custom painted with coordinating façade applied directly to the existing EFIS with colors that coordinate with the existing brick façade as well as colors in line with the Tommy Bahama store experience.
