Southlake Arts Council Chair Tamara McMillan called the meeting to order at 6:01

Chair Tamara McMillan presented item 3A, approval of the minutes from
the August 27, 2024, Southlake Arts Council meeting.

project and was available to answer questions.

4D. DOWDLE STUDIOS DISCUSSION
Business Manager Milenka Lopez presented a discussion for Dowdle Studios
and was available to answer questions.

4F. APEX UPDATES
Arts Council Member and APEX Chair Terri Messing gave an update on the 2024-
2025 APEX events calendar. She stated that the DSO truck event has been
canceled due to the Dallas Symphony Orchestra cutting the truck from their
budget.

Southlake Arts Council Chair McMillan adjourned the meeting at 6-30 P.M.
