ZBA24-0008 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ZBA24-0008 Dear Property Owner: A request for a Variance has been filed with the Board of Adjustment of the City of Southlake. Variance to Ordinance No 480, as amended, Section 11.5(d) requiring a rear yard setback of no less than forty (40) feet, on property described as Lot 26, Block B, Triple C Ranch Addition, City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 2105 Woodbine Cir, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas. The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a Variance to permit a reduction to the required 40ft. rear yard setback to a 30ft. rear yard setback for the construction of an addition to the existing covered patio.
