Dear Property Owner:
A request for a Variance has been filed with the Board of Adjustment of the City of
Southlake.
Variance to Ordinance No 480, as amended, Section 11.5(d) requiring a rear yard
setback of no less than forty (40) feet, on property described as Lot 26, Block B, Triple C
Ranch Addition, City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas, and located at 2105 Woodbine
Cir, Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas.
The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a Variance to permit a reduction to the
required 40ft. rear yard setback to a 30ft. rear yard setback for the construction of an
addition to the existing covered patio.
If you wish to register your views on the matter, you may complete and send the enclosed
Notification Response Form to the Planning & Development Services Department. You
are encouraged to follow the requested action through final approval because
changes are often made during the review process.
Please note that this letter and its attachments constitute written notice about the proposed
Variance.
