We respectfully request a Zoning Change from the existing Agriculture (AG) zoning to a Low-Density Residential zoning, SF-1(A), per the City of Southlake Future Land Use Map. This development will follow all SF-1(A) guidelines and requirements per the City of Southlake Zoning Ordinances. Statement of Intent and Purpose: Our objective in this zoning request is to proceed with the development of the improvements discussed above. The site layout, architecture, and landscape improvements have been designed to adhere to the City’s requirements, while contributing to the aesthetic enrichment of the surrounding neighborhood and the City of Southlake. Utilities: The owner of this development is working with the adjacent property owner at 1390 Brown Lane to upgrade the existing 2” water main along Brown Lane to an 8” water main. The new proposed 8” water main will service this development. Also, this development will utilize a septic system to service the residence.
