SPIN District #6 DETAILS: The purpose of this request is to seek approval of a Specific Use Permit to allow Carrus Care Southlake, a Behavioral Health Private Day School, to operate out of Suite 120. The school will serve as a continuation of care for children enrolled in Carrus' outpatient day program. The facility will consist of 3 classrooms with a maximum of 12 students per classroom (36 students total), with a therapist and aide in each classroom. B. G. HALL NO. 686 ADDITION, CITY OF SOUTHLAKE, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, LOCATED AT 600 W SOUTHLAKE BLVD., SUITE 120, SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS.
