Property Situation: 3200 N. White Chapel Blvd. and 1350 W. Kirkwood Blvd.
Development Details:
• Kirkwood Lift Station collects flows from the City of Southlake and requires
upgrades
o Includes a new wet well and space for temporary emergency storage
containers
• Existing site – White Chapel Blvd. and a private drive (Sabre Dr.)
• TRA has acquired additional land adjacent to the existing lift station for this
expansion
• Site improvements require a zoning change from NRPUD to SP1 Proposed

Answer: This will most likely be advertised for construction in the fall –
September/October timeframe.
