Carroll Avenue, Southlake, Texas 76092 Zoning Request To whom it may concern, On behalf of my clients, Alexander and Bonnie Hennum, I am requesƟng a zoning change for an unplaƩed 1.046 acre property, zoned AG – Agricultural. My client’s intent is to change the zoning from AG – Agricultural to Zone SF- 30 – Single Family ResidenƟal District to beƩer fit the exisƟng and proposed residenƟal use of the property and current zoning in the surrounding area of similar properƟes. Once the zoning change request is approved, my client intends to plat the property. The property is currently occupied by an exisƟng house. The intent of my client is to remove the exisƟng house and build a larger home on the property according to the proposed zoning requirements (SF-30).
