Carroll Avenue, Southlake, Texas 76092 Zoning Request To whom it may concern, On behalf of my clients, Alexander and Bonnie Hennum, I am requesting a zoning change for an unplatted 1.046 acre property, zoned AG —Agricultural. My client's intent is to change the zoning from AG —Agricultural to Zone SF- 30 — Single Family Residential District to better fit the existing and proposed residential use of the property and current zoning in the surrounding area of similar properties. Once the zoning change request is approved, my client intends to plat the property. The property is currently occupied by an existing house. The intent of my client is to remove the existing house and build a larger home on the property according to the proposed zoning requirements (SF-30).
