Comments / Explanation
The church is already parking on their grass field, the attorney's
office, and the school across the street. That two lane road can-
not support any more traffic. They are most likely already ex-
ceeding the capacity of people in that church. The added liability
of a pond near an elementary school and the plan to displace old
hard woods to satisfy a parking lot. Why not move the parking
closer to the commercial properties to the west and set the pond
by the residences. Also were the residents consulted about them
making a decision to put a privacy wall, in effect blocking their
view even through it may be a parking lot. This expansion is not
supported by the current infrastructure. Especially since all of the
gateway traffic will be entering and leaving at the same time.
