ZBA24-0007 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ZBA24-0007 Dear Property Owner: A request for a Special Exception Use has been filed with the Board of Adjustment of the City of Southlake. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request for a, Special Exception Use, per Ordinance No. 480, as amended, Section 44.12(7) for an accessory building located forward of the principal building on the lot, on property described as Lot 12, Block AR, Huntwick Estates, and located at 805 Victoria Lane. Current Zoning: “SF1-A” Single Family Residential District The request is for an accessory dwelling to be located on the lot within a proposed cabana.
