MEMBERS PRESENT: Austin Reynolds, Lora Gunter, Michael Springer, Daniel Kubiak and
Michael Forman
MEMBERS ABSENT: Gina Phalen and Stacy Driscoll
STAFF PRESENT: Deputy Director of Planning and Development Services Jennifer Crosby,
Planning Manager Reagan Rothenberger, Commission Secretary Bless Nkashama, and
Administrative Assistant Melissa Burnett
WORK SESSION:
1. CALL TO ORDER: 6:00 P.M.
2. Executive Session: Pursuant to the Open Meetings Act, Chapter 551, Texas Government Code,
Sections 551.071. Refer to posted list attached hereto and incorporate herein. Executive Session
may be held, under these exceptions, at the end of the Regular Session or at any time during
the meeting that a need arises for the Planning and Zoning Commission to seek advice from
the City Attorney as to the posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission
meeting. Section 551.071: Consultation with attorney.
No Executive Session was held.
3. Recap of the City Council’s action and discussion on Planning & Zoning recommended cases.

Deputy Director of Planning and Development Services Jennifer Crosby noted that this was
the last meeting before summer break. The next meeting will be August 8, 2024.

5. CONSIDER: APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES FOR THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION MEETING HELD ON MAY 23, 2024.

Planning Manager Reagan Rothenberger provided a brief presentation of Item 6 per
Chairman Kubiak’s request. Questions were asked.
